Tim graduated from the physical therapist assistant program at Wallace State in 2000. Over the last 20+ years he has provided treatment for a variety of conditions including orthopedic conditions, sports injuries , neurologic disorders and vestibular conditions
Tim was raised in beautiful Beaufort South Carolina and he takes pride in serving the community that he loves so dearly.

Walker graduated from The Citadel with honors in 2014 where he lettered four years as a collegiate athlete playing football. Following his time at The Citadel, he attended Elon Universities Doctor of Physical Therapy program where he graduated with honors in 2017. As part of his practice he has had the opportunity to work with patients from a variety of backgrounds including Olympic/professional athletes, general population, geriatrics, pediatrics and neurological population. He’s obtained additional training which includes but not limited to being board certified in manual therapy through the Fellowship of American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapist (FAAOMPT). He is also Dry Needling certified and certified in orthopedic manual physical therapy (COMT). In his spare time he enjoys all aspects of the outdoors with his wife and perfect little girl.

Carolyn graduated from Ithaca College with her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Health Studies in 2016 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2018. Carolyn’s passion for athletics and medical sciences led her to pursue a career in Physical Therapy. She specializes in treating orthopedic and vestibular conditions. Carolyn is certified in vestibular and concussion rehabilitation, orthopedic manual therapy, and dry needling. She is also an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) certified clinical instructor and enjoys mentoring students in the clinic. A Massachusetts native, she relocated to South Carolina in 2018 after experiencing the Lowcountry lifestyle while visiting family in Bluffton.
Outside of the clinic, Carolyn enjoys spending time with her rescue dog Leo, staying active outdoors, taking yoga and barre classes, and traveling.

When she’s not in the clinic, she enjoys fly-fishing with her husband, spending time at the beach with her dog Shelby, cooking, and gardening.

Sarah was born and raised in Beaufort County. She attended the Technical College of the Lowcountry where she graduated with her Physical Therapy Assistant degree and joined the Gravity Physical Therapy team shortly after. Sarah enjoys working with patients of all ages and walks of life. She believes building strong relationships is the key to being successful in patient-centered care. She prescribes to the philosophy that treatment should be hands-on, one on one care with the intention to assist individuals in their return to the activities they enjoy.
Outside of the clinic, you can find her in her yard working on her flower beds, walking around town with her dog, Maggie, or spending time at home with her husband and three boys.

She studied at Drexel University to receive a Certificate in the Upper Extremity and went on to achieve her designation as a Certified Hand Therapist in 2014. She has obtained additional training and education in the areas of Ergonomics and Dry Needling for the Upper Extremity. She is passionate about providing her patients individualized care with the goal of helping them to achieve their personal goals. In her spare time she enjoys sharing what Beaufort has to offer with her husband and little girl.

She enjoys creating and maintaining a personal atmosphere in the office while managing the many task that come her way. In her time away from the clinic she enjoys time with her family, boat days and lazy Saturday mornings.

She spent the next 30 years working with major hospitality companies such as Marriott, Omni and Penn National. Throughout her career she loved working with the customers managing their expectations and ensuring successful events. Her career in hospitality as a prior general manager comes through as she engages with our patients and welcomes them to our office. Katie and her husband Scott have enjoyed years of visiting Beaufort and permanently moved here, with the two pups Beau and Preacher. They enjoy being outside and on the water, paddle boarding, kayaking and walking on the beach.
